Return Policy

We are dedicated to offer you best quality products and service.If you are not satisfied with the our product and service ,our friendly customer service team will hard work to put a smile back on your face. Our return / exchange service gives you the options to return / exchange the product within the specified return / exchange period.

1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. We offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
3. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Our Website within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
4. Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.
5. Non-returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
6. Exchange is allowed only once a product.
7. 7 days exchange and 10 days return are available.
8. For return/exchange on website:
   • Go to the My Order section
   • Select the order you want to Return/Exchange – Click on Return/Exchange
9. The refund will be initiated within 3 working days in your original payment method ,once we get the parcel back and product quality check is successful.

Shipping

We are committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the Country.

1. A Convenience Fee of Rs. 99/- will be applicable to the orders under Rs. 799/-.
2. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.
3. If you return an order delivered to you, order Convenience Fee will not be refunded.
4. Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
5. All domestic orders are shipped by delivery company between 9am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping. If there is further delay kindly contact us on help@kamnacreations.com and we will try and delivery the products as soon as possible.
